Westindies cannot qualify for world cup automatically. They are not even sure to qualify at all, i think the board realises this and wants to change selection criteria to have a stronger team. A little too late. If a player is playing overseas and his performance is good it should be used as a criteria for selection and not this stupid policy the wicb has at present.
