the board itself is the major organizational expression of the problem.  the problem is capitalism.  capitalism is at an end.  society must find a way to reorganize life in the interest of society.

the west indies is not a group of nations. the west indies work as a collective, a nation in ways the elites want..and remain separate nations the way they want as well.  take a close look at CARICOM and its framework and what it does on a routine basis and you will see a
west indian nation that facilitates its own exploitation as a collective in the  interest of forrin exploitation of the region..in the interest of forrin capital

look at how the west indian nation has developed a form of regional citizenship that includes beneficially for them, the upper middle classes and elites but excludes ordinary west indians.  there is a west indian upper classes who have access to the whole  region, do not get trouble at borders and ports, work at the biggest jobs across the region, have access to whatever quality services the west indies offers any of its people.

these also have the money necessary to traverse the region which is very expensive indeed..using the means/modes of transportation available to the people. 

it is literally impossible for ordinary west indians to travel the region .  the elites are very familiar with the region.  ordinary west indians are becoming less and less familiar with each other.  there is little chance for cooperation between ordinary west indians to develop.

that is another operation like the destruction of the west indies cricket team, to remove a rallying point for the ordinary west indians.  the point is to keep ordinary west indies under control by ensuring that there is no institutional framework that works to foster ordinary west indian solidarity from the ground up.

I mean the west indian elites will not even establish a west indian radio station that could be heard from one end of the west indies to the next..which I understand  is a very easy  thing to  do.  by the same token there are no west indian regional newspapers..or newspaper..far less a tv channell..all easy developments in this day and age

Cable and Wireless was the only regional communications network and that was forrin owned..operated according to  forrin dictates and was very expensive indeed...the same as everything else.

there is a west indian nation but it is hamstrung by the very west indian elites who control it, in tandem with forrin exploiters.  they will not develop any real nationalism and kill, reduce and maim any/all developments that appear from the bottom up.  they are almost finished with the cricket that is headed for the bottom of the barrel which is exactly where they want it to be

BECAUSE AS MOTHER SHE IS THE CHIEF INFLUENCE AND FORMATIVE FACTOR IN ALL HUMAN LIFE .  IF SHE IS STUPID DEN SO ARE WE ALL.  IF SHE IS SMART THEN SO ARE WE ALL.

PREVIOUS REVOLUTIONARY PHASES LEFT WOMEN AT HOME MOSTLY, MAKING BABIES, COOKING AND WASHING IN BACKWARDNESS AND IGNORANCE.  THE BABIES TURNED OUT STUPID AND HERE WE ARE AGAIN.

women will still make babies, cook and wash.  men too WILL HAVE to do their part of that kind of work.

but that does not prevent either man or woman from full participation in the social process..and the social process made to compensate women in particular, for making babies, home-making etc., so that she never falls behind again and so make foolish babies by producing in the home social ignorance..which is all she would be able to do if she is locked out of the social process at the best levels..all levels indeed

for society to progress in full democracy it is crucial that in perfecting society we take care to make sure that equality is as factual, as comprehensive and nuanced as it must be in response to the needs of social progress,  producing human equality and advance

if we do not ensure by focus and determined practice the most pristine democracy for as long as it takes to deepen its practice, so that it becomes ingrained, to produce all the behavioral responses that are generated from the central social doctrinal core..so that democracy, democratic responses become as automatic as capitalist responses  are currently.. we will fail

and this can be done only if the means of producing the wealth of society are in the hands of the people..fully owned by the people in the various essential productive enterprises.  that is the only way that the wealth of society can be directed to the well being of society, to the perfection of society in order to facilitate indefinite human survival in universal conditions
