Any form of Shared Governance-- where decisions are arrived at by discussions and consensus will immediately take away this current perception that only one group has all the answers and authority and that every decision is predicated by the assumption of how 'my voting support group can benefit' rather than the Country as a whole becoming better off.

Shared Governance will prevent one Group from encouraging the current administration from "dismissing all the striking Nurses and bring in nurses from India.....just read the FB comments and see how fellow Guyanese are laying bare their heart to the public.

Hopefully you will see the hidden darkness that is lurking below the facade that can quickly erupt into unimaginable evil and destruction.
