i actually went out for a walk
hocked: we found this beautiful trail about 2 mins drive from work.....and it is shaded by a canopy of branches......beautiful place to get away from the office.
we plan to go walking mon-thurs every week.!
i told my walking partner.....it will be until Ramadaan starts.

Hey i dont complain about the cold! I love winter and everything that comes with it.
I dont like the heat and i dislike this kind of heat where we have a humidex.
if it was just 30Celsius that would have been fine.
plus the air outside smells renk.

unless you actually have to work outdoors or you go for long walks.....the heat shouldn't really affect you
