I have to share this with you guys.....
we all went out to dinner.....hubby, our kids and their spouses and Khal and Ishy.
that's all I really wanted for Mother's day - to spend it with the famo.
so we got to the restaurant and my son gave me flowers....then he said to me that i must check my e-mail when i got home for my gift.
i am thinking maybe a gift card for a mani/pedi or spa or the movies or some store.
so i opened my e-mail and there is my gift.....a donation made on my behalf to this non-profit charity called "Water" with a dedication from my son and his wife!!
I started to cry....not because i was sad but because I was so happy!! I felt that my son had finally arrived at that stage in life where I have prayed for him to be. He has matured enough to not only recognize the suffering of others....but is doing his own small bit to help!
I could not have been any prouder of him than I was yesterday!
