I noticed that there is a discussion about the merits of white flour on the shout box and so here is my contribution
A farmer and his daughter were coming back from the market with some money and a sack if flour when they were robbed by a highway man
"We lost everything and now we have no flour to bake bread " lamented the father
" Not everything dad , I Hid the money in you know what"
"Too bad child , if it was your mom she would have saved the flour as well
