I don't recall eating rice flour back in Ban-am days
personall - I would much rather eat rice than roti - gluten has been getting a bad rap recently
but from a diabetic health point of view......rice is better for you than flour roti/bread
but I don't know about the rice flour
we need to google and do some research
plus.....I like chinese rice noodles
