like the tons of unemployment he has brought during his presidency...like ignoring the effects of his economic policies on black Americans who are american citizens too..like he ignores all that concerns black Americans saying he is the president of all Americans..not just black Americans.
he is indeed the president of all Americans... save black Americans for he pays no attention to black Americans. and they adore him for it
