Yum! We use canola oil as well. I better research on the benefits of using coconut oil. Though can we find coconut oil on groceries? Or should I go to specialty stores just to find it?

[/quote] No that s*** that you buy here is not the real thing . They bleached the hell out of it , Real coconut oil is the virgin stuff you get back home . When friends or relatives return from Guyana , I always ask them to bring a couple bottles for me.

Lata coconut oil is refined and processed , not the real crude cold pressed coconut oil like me mother used to make

I know LATA is a Malaysian kantah oil : it sitting there to be thrown out.

eating nothing special for the past couple of days...very little as a matter of fact.
I have been eating so little for so long now my 'tomach contract. it so small now dat even a small glass of wartuh fills me up
