Re: Sample of Gandhi's blood goes up for auction - vest007 - 05-22-2013 A lot of people here in India dislike Gandhi. Me too. He installed the corrupt womanizer Jawaharlal Nehru as the Prime Minister, although the honest and intelligent Sardar Patel deserved the post more. He did nothing when Hindus were being butchered in Pakistan and Bangladesh, although he forced the Indian government to shoot the Hindu revenge mobs. Gandhi was a puppet of the British and he played hardly any role in the freedom struggle. A lot of brave people, such as Subhashchandra Bose and Bhagat Singh died fighting the British. However, their names were forgotten once India became independent.
