Harlem Line service resumes after Metro-North crash - chairman - 02-09-2015
Service has resumed on the Metro-North's Harlem Line following Tuesday night's deadly collision between a train and an SUV in Westchester.
The MTA warns that riders should expect delays because trains will have to slow down as they pass through the site of the accident in Valhalla.
