A dream start for India as Sri Lanka have been reduced to 59/4. Ashwin has his second wicket of the innings and Sri Lanka are reeling. Rather interestingly, Jehan Mubarak has come out the pavilion ahead of Chandimal.

A third wicket for Ashin and Sri Lanka are in danger of being rolled out really cheaply here. Mubarak goes without troubling the scorers. Sri Lanka 65/5 at lunch.

Excellent start from India. Ashwin the star with 6 wickets. He has been brilliant the last 12 months. Yasir Shah, Lyon, Taijul Islan and Zulfiqar Babar are the only spinners to have taken more Test wickets than Ashwin over the last year.
Not quite the script that Sri Lanka fans were looking for and a dismal start to Sanga's penultimate Test.

A cautious approach from Kohli and Dhawan so far this morning. They look as though they want to bat out the day and bat Sri Lanka out of the match. India now lead by 9 runs with 8 wickets remaining.
As an aside, Kohli's average over the 12 months, albeit in just 12 innings, now stands at 72.72. A nice return of form after his struggles against England last summer.
