Victoria Day Hot salad - mapoui - 05-21-2018
Hot long Wax peppers....sliced small or as thin as you can slice
Onion..Sliced thin
Tomato..sliced think then diced
Green Onions...chopped
cucumber..English cukes..or small and crisp cukes..or any kind of cukes you like
Organic ripe Bananas
Olive oil
Salt ?
Black pepper
Vinegar of your choice or none at all
mix and match..toss.
sweet banana balances the pepper heat
whole grain brown thin rice noodles. toss into bowling water..cook for a minute or 2..drain thoroughly...
add olive oil to noodles
then add to veggies and toss
ladle onto plate and off you go
