Playing professional Cricket is Job, Every Cricketer wants to feed his or her family. So if a Player keeps on performing and keep getting ignore you wonder if it is Personal, or can be considered discriminating against that Player. I look at it as taking Money out of the player pocker and food out of that player mouth. Just my weird thinking, I might be wrong.
