Yum, I love rice and curry.
I was gutted to discover rice is the worst food for arsenic. Make sure you wash your rice thoroughly and cook it in plenty of water to reduce the arsenic content.

time to make some chicken curry.......haven't cooked this in a couple of months now :o
made a delish beef pilau on saturday though......took it for my sis 50th b/day party and it was a hit with them white people
