The severed head of an unidentifed man was discovered by employees of Arima Racing Facility at about 5 am yesterday as they made their way to work at the racetrack.
The employees, who refused to give their names, said that while crossing the public carpark to get to the Arima Paddock, they saw the human head placed upright on the ground, with the front facing them. They said blood was still oozing from the severed head which they said bore a rasta hair-style, and was of brown complexion with black eyes
