Go Monty and hope you and Swanny spin it around the Aussies.

I really don't have high hopes on Monty doing much damage. It'd more likely Anderson and Swanneh Imo. But yeah, good to see him back in the mix of things. He would certainly be the best second spinner option while Eng need it.

I assume that he is practicing to increase his pissingย  distance record by another 2 metres ;D

I would not say I totally disagree with you Kylester but I would love to see Monthy amongst the wickets as he has improved so much, in my view anyway.

That was so out of character for Monty, I was shocked. I would not even expect Warner to have done that.

Oh no no. I don't disagree with that at all. I think he'd do great in spinning conditions/subcontinent etc. But don't think he'll be a wicket taking option in Oz that's all. Swanneh has more odds of eeking out wickets in Oz than him. That's all. Generally I don't see spinners having huge success as usual, but I might be proven wrong, of course.

I like Monty Panesar, he is a charming character and he is down to earth.

I think his recent problems are mainly down to boredom. He wants excitement and he is seeking it in the wrong way. Hopefully the Ashes will bring him the excitement he needs.
