Trinidad and Tobago Red Force will be chasing redemption and the Guyana Jaguars will be hoping to crash another T&T party when the two sides meet in the Nagico Super50 final at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain from 1:30 p.m. today.

Last year it was the Barbados Pride who soured the home crowd as the Red Force settled for second place. In 2013, T&T won all six matches in the round robin stage before their shock loss to Combined Campuses and Colleges in the semis.

Having overcome the CCC obstacle this time around, the Red Force now turn their attention to the Guyanese who have given them some stiff competition over the years in the shorter formats of the game.

In Twenty20 cricket, Guyana upset T&T in the inaugural Caribbean T20 in 2010 to book their only appearance in the Champions League competition.

T&T have also flourished in the limited overs cricket winning three consecutive Caribbean T20 tiles from 2011 to 2013.
