my cousin i had a stroke and she went back to being like a baby...she is walking and talking today like nothing happened.

keep a positive mind and attitude.


stop eat meat, stop drink and just try to concentrate on veggies and drink lots of water.


drink coconut water as you mentioned, mix tumeric in a glass of milk and drink it.
