Confusedhocked: I have a padnah, forty+ years we is fren..from trini..indian descent.  that man cyan eat.  I can cook and dat man used to love to come by me to eat.

we used to marvel at how A used to eat...and never get fat.  he still not fat.  but he was always fastidious about what he ate.

he wud never eat crap if he cud avoid it.  and now its even worse se he has come to know a lot about food and how to eat to maintain health.

I agree with this artcle and those two I posted yesterday.  it is not how much u eat so much as what yu eat.

it have certain things dat does make yu fat, make yu belly big:  Cold water after yu jess eat..cold drinks period, anytime...whether yu jess eat or not.

cold drinks disrupt the digestion going on in yu belly with all the bacteria and deh.  de bacteria cyar deal with the cold so they stop work and the food lumps in yuh stomach.

sugar, processed foods, alcohol.  and now this corn sugar is the worst of all.  deh all interfere with the body and make yuh fat

corn sugar is the major villain of... or.. in the piece... since it started to be made and sold and used in food.  its the cheapest most profitable sugar for business, so they saturate we with it.  its in everything and the body cyar deal with it.

so the result is obesity and all kinda related deseases.

that computes, it makes sense.  all the info seems to mix, match to produce something very plausible.

so stop with the sugars..especially corn sugar.  avoid all that contains such sugar..indeed all processed sugars.  eat meat, rice, sweet potatoes, clean fish, greens, ground provisions..as much as yuh want.

but if yu add sweet cold drinks, alcohol, chips etc...and cook in anything but cocnut oil..or in a pinch olive oil... yu go get fat..OBESE!

NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! Confusedhocked: Confusedhocked:
