We had a sit-down formal meal waited on by four chefs and waiters. There were 8 couples in all. The easiest thing to pronounce on the menu was harcorts vert. It was fabulous from salad course to soup course to dinner course to palate cleanser to dessert and coffee. What else can I say? It was wonderful.
