appears to have been cured after very early treatment with standard drug therapy, doctors say.

Dr Deborah Persaud....a virologist at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore :

presented the findings at the :

Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in Atlanta.

clear the virus and achieve long-term remission without lifelong treatment

Deborah Persaud was summoned to a meeting by her division head. What to do? It was her day to pick up the kids at day care.

She called her husband; he agreed to switch with her.

At the appointed hour, believing she was headed for yet another discussion on space or money, dressed in a tired lab coat, Persaud headed for the conference room.

A festive celebration was under way.

Everyone she knew was there: her colleagues, her mentors, her department and division chairmen—

even her husband and three young children.........hahahahah....good job , hubby !  ::LOL::
