According to US researchers, skimmed milk makes children gain weight and fat. Apparently, regular milk makes children full while skimmed milk does not make children full. So, children are hungry after drinking skimmed milk.
Do you believe it?

I do believe it.  it is absolutely true

foods full of fat and cholesterol do not make you fat or give you heart attack.  wat makes you fat is sugar..especially the artificial ones...and most especially fructose corn sugar..but all of them complicate health matters.

wat also makes people fat is the array of crap they have replaced natural saturated fat with..all the low fat things which are really poisons.

and the omega oils..all of then do worse by combining to inflame ones insides which is the culprit in heart disease ..internal inflammation.  indeed the basis of everything that can go wrong inside.

saturated fat as long as it is not poisoned with pesticides, GMO etc is good for humans.  it gives cholesterol which is the chief healing agent in the body.  especially as we get older cholesterol becomes crucial.  if you keep lowering cholesterol you are signing your death warrant.

they lied to the people about diet..made the people change their old diet and substituted a killing diet in its place

skim milk is crap.  if people doing to drink milk drink whole milk.

but if people going to drink whole milk make sure first that is is organic.  then  cut out corn oil, soy oil, vegetable oil, sunflower oil..every oil on a supermarket shelf, all shortening. use only save virgin olive oil raw...and good coconut oil for cocking if you need to.  also cut out the sugars save  brown sugar when needed.

cut out all that inflames the body internally..because the veins and arteries will lose their ability for carrying out their function of circulation in the body.  and dat is what will makes the fat stay and cause heart disease

milk is not good for consumption period

we are the mammals that drink milk past infancy

it has been proven that milk actually leaches calcium from the bones causing them to be brittle and broken.

the only milk a human being needs is that of the mothers breast milk.

I did not know milk is bad for you until I read this. I grew up learning milk is good for you. I knew GMO food is bad. I do not know what the cows are fed. I do not want to drink unhealthy stuff! Thankfully I am not a big fan of milk! Once in a while, I like to have a glass of skim milk.

human being has a penchant for over using things or taking things to the extreme.

everything in moderation is good for you.

they tell you that milk is good for you knowing full well that your bones with brittle out and have to depend on pharmaceuticals for the rest of your life till your dead. Arthritis is worsened by it, lung infections etc.

it increases secretions and phelm....

dairy on the whole is not good for you...niether is meat - chicken, beef, duck, goat, lamb etc.

wine is good..good wine that is.  bad wine is murder.

go buy a bottle of 8-9..15-16 dollar wines on offer at the Ontario wine outlets and see what I mean.

the only chance of avoiding a headache from those dastardly wines is to decant a glass and let it stand for hours while some process of oxidations takes place.

to get a good wine you have to pay for it.  so you have to find out which is good and which is not and go spend the money to get a good one..50 -100 and much more

all those onatario wines from the st. catharines valley taste like shhhhhiiiiiiiite.  and along with the headaches I dropped them years ago.  and I wont spend hundreds of dollars a pop for good wine. maybe once in a long while.  or better I can seek out good grapes and make my own good wine
