About a week now ....on and off :

I discounted it to over partying.

Intensified over the last few days , worse being yesterday !

Tried Eno and pepto bismol ...No relief.

No vomiting.

Just lower belly pain and frequent rushes to the Throne  :sad:

I considered Salmonella after u suggested food poison :
