you must have caught C.difficile or H, Pylori

Flagyl is used for that treatment and your symptoms are the same as C. Diff.

you dont have to be in hospital to get that

no h pylori would not give you substantial weight loss.

this sounds like what happened to me in India after I drank the local filtered water in Agra. same thing happened to me until I came home and then it got worse.
