If you’re already feeling like a couch potato: stop reading. An 80-year-old Japanese climber reached the summit of Mount Everest Thursday, becoming the oldest man in history to achieve the feat. Yuichiro Miura’s family, who tracked his climb through Facebook, cried with joy when the call came in confirming he’d done it. “This is the best feeling in the world,†Miura told his family. “I never imagined I would become the oldest man to get here, at 80.†Miura’s 43-year-old son, along with eight other climbers, accompanied him on the trek. “There's no greater feeling,†Miura gushed again. “But I've never felt this tired either.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Woah, and I'm just sitting here in front of my laptop and bet on sports. I should really start doing something outside my house..
