NELSON MANDELA'S grandson Mandla has lost a court battle against other members of the former South African leader's family in a feud over graves.
The row is over the remains of three of the ex-president's children, which he allegedly failed to tell relatives he was moving from Qunu to Mvezo, in South Africa, the birthplace of the 94-year-old anti-apartheid leader.
A high court said the remains should be restored by Wednesday afternoon.
Nelson Mandela remains critically ill in hospital, where he is being treated for a lung infection.
The former president has expressed a wish to be buried in the family graveyard in the village of Qunu.
A bitter feud broke out last week, after 16 members of the Mandela family brought charges for 'tampering with a grave' against Mandla, over claims he reburied the children's remains in 2011 without their permission.
The remains are of Makgatho Mandela, Mandla's father who died from AIDS-related diseases in 2005, and his siblings, Thembekile, who was killed in a car accident in 1969, and Makaziwe, who died when she was nine months old.

This is very sad for South Africa and for Mandela.
We're embarrassed for the feuding family members.
What's even worse, is that it's all about the tourist dollar in the end and petty material greed.
Absolutely ghastly and tragic.
