Russia ‘Disappointed’ With Canceled Talks
The Kremlin said it is “disappointed†after President Obama canceled bilateral talks with Russia earlier this week, adding that the move proves the U.S. isn’t interested in developing ties between the two nations “as equals.†Russian foreign affairs adviser Yuri Ushakov said he knows the cancellation was driven by tension over Russia’s limited grant of asylum to NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, and blamed the U.S. for refusing to sign an extradition agreement. “They have invariably responded negatively to our requests for extradition of people who committed crimes on the territory of Russia, pointing to the absence of such an agreement.â€
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
