At least a dozen CNE patrons reported feeling ill and five of them were taken to hospital after eating at the Ex Tuesday night.
Toronto EMS was called to the Canadian National Exhibition after 12 people who all ate at the Ex complained of stomach problems.
Their symptoms included stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea.
All of the patients ate at the fair, but EMS could not confirm whether or not they had eaten from the same food vendors.
Toronto Public Health is investigating.

Another man told CBC he felt ill after eating a cronut burger at the Ex and a slate of other high-fat snacks that included a Canuck burger, sweet potato fries, poutine and a Philly cheesesteak

This is obviously a glutton to have eaten all of that , . If the food poisoning didn't get him , the high cholesterol will.

Toronto Public Health has closed Epic Burger, the Canadian National Exhibition food vendor that sells the famed cronut burger, in response to reports of possible food poisoning after at least a dozen fair visitors fell ill.
