50M-70M US adults have trouble sleeping, 9% use sleep aids
   
HYATTSVILLE, Md., Aug. 30 (UPI) -- An estimated 50 million to 70 million U.S. adults suffer from sleep disorders or deprivation and 9 percent use a prescription sleep aid, officials say.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
