Thousands of revelers lined Brooklyn’s Eastern Parkway Monday as the 46th annual West Indian Parade got underway amid temperatures as hot and sultry as the dancers’ barely-there costumes.
Many of the spectators were fresh from the all-night J'Ouvert Festival that took place Sunday along Nostrand Ave. in Flatbush — including one young partier drenched in black body paint and silver glitter.
