Obama never had the slightest intention of doing anything. This is all about making him look less foolish than before and getting someone else to blame it on. Chris Balloonhead Matthews is, as we speak, cranking up his fake-rage that old fat white Republicans and 'Zionists' secretly or not so secretly love dead babies and war as long as it's Arabs killing one another. He will paint this as yet another failed attempt by Emmanuel Goldstein to thwart Hyper Leader Barack's ambitions in his pursuit of global peace.

This will fizzle to nothing. Pelosi admitted it yesterday when she said this could take weeks or more. Lomng before that Maximum Citizen Obama will be telling the media that raising the debt ceiling to 400 quadzigatrillion dollars is the only remedy for everything, anything.
