now this is something fuh real chairman!

focus on the pharma end of it..the skys the limit..AS LONG AS THE KEEP FORRIN INVESTMENT OUT OF IT..ESPECIALLY PEOPLE LIKE MICHAEL CHIN

there is more to be done:  coconut for example. 

the west indies should do its won survey of regional flora/fauna so her develop comprehensive knowledge of what they have in the region and what they can do with it.  it is not only Cannabis and coconut.

these are potentially the basis of a west indian technological revolution as long as we keep hold of it and develop it ourselves.  forrin investment will only limit the west indies...and more importantly they will have control of the results of all research  and new technology resulting
