Unknown miscreants set fire to a passenger bus at Mirpur

This is sad and upsetting to all involved.  You have to think, perhaps it was teenagers, perhaps it was someone with mental illness.  In either case, the miscreants deserve our care and attention as well as a sufficient punishment, if they are caught.

I am glad that nobody was hurt, but it must have been very upsetting to those people who were closely involved.

The fact that it was near the college suggests that it might have been students - or perhaps an unhappy lecturer or professor?

The college is in Bangladesh by the way, a country that I admit I don't know much about, but I would be very keen and enthusiastic to learn more about their ancient culture.
