U.S. Sending Arms to Iraq
The U.S. is arming Iraq in its fight against al Qaeda. The terrorist group has been gaining ground in the country and neighboring Syria, and is responsible for a recent uptick in violence that has killed local officials, an Iraqi army commander, and several of his officers and soldiers. Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Malaki visited the White House last month to ask for help fighting the insurgency. President Obama agreed to send dozens of low-tech surveillance drones and Hellfire missiles, despite criticism from military experts on how effective such a response could be.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

The "solution" always seems to be send more arms, or kill more people, and by "solution" I mean damage control and face-saving. Besides, what do you think are the chances that a lot of these weapons and tech end up in terrorist hands?
