they made a big mistake in Minnesota. the problem is not the coach but the GM.
but at least they got rid of the 2 major racist sycopaths remaining: Schiano in Tampa and Shanahan in Washington. those 2 are absolutely mad men for sure
Schwartz in Detroit has had enough time. that is a deserved firing. Chudsinski in Cleveland is very understandable. so was Kubiak in Houston.
Fraser is the only one who is a mistake that Minnesota will live to regret

[color=rgb(51, 51, 51)]Former Bears HC Lovie Smith is considered the favorite for the Buccaneers HC job, based on multiple league sources.

well Lovie shud get one of the jobs going. I think he is a better fit for Detroit or Washington though.
Leslie Fraser too for any of them but I would prefer to see him in Cleveland.
the jackass GM in Chicago who fired Lovie Smith should know from this year the damm fool thing he did firing Smith. what Lovie needed was a good Offensive Coordinator. the previous Chicago Bears GM , Jerry Angelo never gave him one >

so here comes Marc Trestman whom Emery should have made Offensive Coordinator for Lovie Smith. Had Emery done that the n Chicago would have been headed straight for this years super bowl

in Tampa Lovie Smith would inherit another bad to poor offensive situation with a bad Quarterback Mike Glennon.
that kid is a tall drink of water and a statue. he can move around and escape in the pocket or from the pocket. he is not quick, cant run nutten. he is basically immobile.
they will have to build a very sturdy offensive line around him to make sure he has the time to pass the ball on pass plays. and also a powerful running game to minimise he need for passing by an immobile QB.
that's a hell of a lot of work with few options for a QB. I am sure Glennon will not be the QB of the future for Tampa
Smith is a defensive Guru and Detriot has the personnel in place to make a powerful defence. Detroit also has great offensive personnel and need only the right offensive coordinator.
but what Detroit needs mostly is sound defence and Smith can give that to Detroit.
with Washington Smith would have a great QB in Griffin and a few solid players on Offense. again the right Offensive Coordinator would have to be found and hired.
and in Washington Smith would have the chance like he did in Chicago to build a strong defence from scratch.
Washington and Detriot offer Smith very good opportunity to build winners quickly. Tampa looks like a trap for him..especially with the owners. the Glazers are kind of moronic, quixotic and inconsistent.

yes...I jus' saw dat on espn!
I was hoping he would end up in Detriot or Washington. but I did see Tony Dungy saying Tampa wud be a good fit for Lovie Smith
to me what that mean is that Tony Dungy had the final say in that decision. the Glazers prolly went to him and asked him to solve their problem and he put in Smith.
Dungy said Lovie would fit Tampa yesterday...today he is the coach!
interesting
