It is freezing at minus 33 degrees Celsius
A pot of plantain, cassava, eddo and yam with ox tail and a fairly thin Broth
cant wait for the Pot to finish bubble !

soup sounds rale good for today
plan to make soup tomorrow from my turkey carcas (sitting in freezer)....with lots of cabbage in it.

ahh! good! cowtail. with a lot of thyme, tomatoe and chives..green pepper, onion..mushroom.
cook all ah dat separate..then add them together.
I like my eddoes cook real sorf, melting, thickening the soup.
ooh guuude. dat is food
