Bally does not tolerate such nonsense.  even the AFRO character is better than chin.  and it does look like Bally has reined him in and he posts only sporadically now and not the repetitive nonsense he used to.

the level of discourse on Bally's board is higher than this board.  the traffic may be less but its quality of greater.  and if you do not take steps to ensure a growing level of discourse chairman you board will die.

remember there is no balance anywhere in nature only movement on one direction or another. it is usually that you are developing, moving forward or going backward.  check yourself man.  it is either you are up to the level of the day and moving forward, or you are going backwards
