Crazy Cuban baseball player attacks pitcher with bat

A Cuban national baseball league game was suspended for 20 minutes this week after an angry player charged the mound and attacked the pitcher with a bat.

Pitcher Freddy Alvarez had already hit one Matazas batter, but when he struck another in the head, Demis Valdes, ran toward Alvarez and swung at his head twice with a baseball bat.

Luckily, Valdes who wasn't even an active player, missed and although both benches cleared for the brawl, the rest of the game passed without incident once Alvarez was removed from the game.

Matazas won the game 3-0 in the end an I'm sure Alvarez will be a little more accurate with his pitching from now on.
