right now I am working strictly on pedigree and lines of descent in a data base I have here

I check out deceived..noble cornerstone, financial mogul and I don't think any of those 3 have a chance save maybe dat Noble horse as a lightly raced 3 year old

he has the Giants Causeway blood but his father Noble Causeway was nto a very good horse and does not have very good sire figure up to now.  he is a young sire but he is not precocious sire at all

yes...but not all the progeny can transfer the 'blood'  you have to make sure the carrier of the blood is actually producing foals that can race and win money.

Noble Causeway does not appear to be doing that up to now.  so his sons and daughters are risky bets despite the great blood in his veins

makes sense, well it will be uncle then.

but this Noble in this race has run only twice winning one start.  you have to be careful with him because he could be the real thing.  his handlers have put him here..a stakes race.. so they believe in him.  so take special care with him

that Harpoon horse has a decent pedigree..very decent on the sire side.  he has a very decent rider up and his trainer is one of the best alive.  so be careful with him also.  he should be in the superfecta

I will look at the second favourite in about an hour..and the rest I have not checked out so far.  but the fave looks very decent indeed.
