I think I am pretty lucky because I do not like shopping enough to ever think like that, but I have to say I do get like that with the grocery store though.  Now that you mention it my mouth is starting to water a little bit, because I know I can just make something that I have on hand, but it is just not good enough and I kind of want something a little sweet.  I might have to make a trip.

Gah, I am this way as well. I love going to the mall and just looking around. Then I end up buying something, lol. Like, just a little while ago, I bought some pants and a shirt.:/ Ack, I don't really need them but I saw them and they were too cute. Huh, girl problems...

Now, I'm thinking about what makeup stuff I need... Hmmm... ;p

When you are on a tight budget you may be constantly in need of something, but you are not able to just go out and shop as you like because you are forced to be prudent, so you may have to keep many of your desires in check. Sometimes you may even have to be careful how you go browsing because you may be tempted to spend more than what you are able to afford.
