look at how far they can see. look at the distances over which they can transmit messages, photos, video.
there is nothing on the globe they cant see at at any time of night or day..24/7. by now seeing the whole world all the time is child's play.
I would imagine that all the nations with any kind of technological signature knows where that dam plane is.
