South Carolina's Clowney First NFL Pick

With the first pick in the NFL draft, the Houston Texans chose Jadeveon Clowney, a defensive end out of South Carolina who was considered perhaps the most dominating defensive player to come out of college in a generation. Clowney, who was an All-American both years that he played for the Gamecocks, will be paired with JJ Watt on what is likely to be an NFL front for the ages.
