Former South American beauty queen, Carolan Lynch was Monday morning again freed of the charge of a murder of her wealthy husband, Farouk Razac, seven years ago.

The decision to discharge the case was made at the Georgetown Magistrates Court after it was found there was insufficient evidence for her to face trial by a judge and jury.

Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry said the prosecution failed to establish a case against Lynch, after listening to arguments and the testimonies of 17 witnesses for several weeks now.

No idea except that I don't believe she did it. 


Did she have a hand in it?  I honestly don't know but it's time she get her life back.
