Hillary: GOP Exploits Dead of Benghazi

In her new memoir coming out in June, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is striking back at the Benghazi frenzy that has gripped the right. "Those who exploit this tragedy over and over as a political tool minimize the sacrifice of those who served our country,” shen writes. Clinton devotes 34 pages to the issue, saying she takes responsibility for it, but that in the aftermath there has been a “regrettable amount of misinformation, speculation, and flat-out deceit by some in politics and the media.” Clinton hopes she can put the issue to bed (good luck): “I will not be a part of a political slugfest on the backs of dead Americans. It’s just plain wrong, and it’s unworthy of our great country. Those who insist on politicizing the tragedy will have to do so without me.”
