GOVERNOR of Guyana’s central bank, Bank of Guyana (BOG), Dr. Gobind Ganga, has warned that the blacklisting of Guyana will have dire consequences for the country’s financial sector.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I am not in full agreement of an entire country being blacklisted. First and foremost, you hurt the citizens in the country. If there is one thing I know about world governments is that an elite few hold tremendous power. Governments tend to work together, usually to appease each other's interests. The only way blacklisting could work is if the country itself doesn't rely on other nations for monetary gain or if the leaders are cooperating with equally powerful allies to stay afloat. The perfect examples are Israel and an Apartheid South Africa. The only citizens who suffered in a legally segregated South Africa were black Africans and in Israel, Palestinians and non-Israeli immigrants pay the price.

Why would any one Blaclist Guyana?
It wasn't like the state sponsored harassment of cricket players or anything like that.
What other countries and organizations condemn them? Think about this if those players are not able to win matches against other countries like Australia, then those players can't make money. If they cant make money then the whole economy of Guyana will suffer.
