Good!
They can go in tight spaces the automobile can't. They can travel faster than the bicycle.
They can go through alleys, up and down the hillside to catch bad guys and crooks.
The cops also need some super swift speed boats to police the shoreline.

That's similar to the Army equipment police forces in America are receiving. It's quite scary to be honest. I have seen the police in my area riding around in vehicles I have seen in war torn areas on television. My first reaction was, "What in the world is going on?" I don't live in a violent area. I reside in a middle class community and it shocked me to see them in this manner. But, I read an article this morning of police forces around the world are getting access to equipment typically reserve for the military to boost the safety of citizens in the community. Sorry to say but I don't feel safe when I see this type of action going on near my home. That's a little too creepy for me.
