NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- GoPro Inc. (GPRO) retreated 4.5% premarket Wednesday, putting the personal-camera maker's stock on track for its first daily loss since its trading debut last week. GoPro shares climbed 103% during four straight sessions, beginning with a jump at the start of trading last Thursday.

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Shares of GoPro Inc. (GPRO) were trading below $44 in Wednesday afternoon trade following an early plunge of 15%. The personal-camera maker is on track for its first daily stock-market loss since its trading debut last week. GoPro shares more than doubled in the four sessions since its IPO was priced at $24 late Wednesday. The stock hit a low of $41.53 earlier in the day and tripped a Nasdaq circuitbreaker. The Wall Street Journal reports a rush by short sellers to borrow the stock, and that the percentage of shares available to loan that are actually being borrowed is close to 100%. Options on GoPro shares will begin trading July 7 on CBOE.
