I hope its not a return to her old illness...the one that almost killed her

I thought old age was creeping up on her.  this looks serious!

I don't find it bizarre. If she fell ill, then she was ill. I've had those moments where I woke up and didn't feel 100% and went to work. As the day progress, my illness became worse to the point where I had to go home. She's an athlete and I don't even want to think about the pressures they face because their job relies on them to be at their physical best when they play a sport. Hopefully she will be well enough to compete in the U.S. Open later in the summer.

I am thinking in terms of her old illness.  there was a time she had to stop playing for a year or more because of it.  I dont remember what it was but it was very serious.

I am surprised that people are not thinking in relation to that old problem.

Old ugly Pam Shriver and Chris Evert  are talking in terms of illict drugs.  those are 2 truly bad-minded women those 2.

I never thought of drugs in the situation given that athletes are tested so often.  and I am sure that they would have gotten Serena's blood immediately and by now we would have known.

if its drugs they would have to become public with it.  they cant protect anyone at all no matter the scandal.
