you got a good point there May102014....but I was thinking basically of the money and LeBrons determination this time to get the max contract.
Miami cant pay that. maybe the Lakers can, Phoenix, the Cavs!
I don't think the Cavs will ever win as long as Gilbert is there. he is a complete arsehole and an interfering incompetent blight of an owner with whom we cant be sure James has not spoken and already buried their antipathy
as a player I would not be concerned about anything but max money at all and every turn..not about winning at all. if that happens its extra.
why would I be when they lie abut player freedom. its not free agency when they have salary caps and all manner of salary limitations and extraordinarily hard penalties for owners who break their limiting salary rules.
those owners share billions of dollars every year between themselves while they limit salaries for players to relative pittances.
and look at the values of the teams now. the Clippers were bought for some ridiculous small price sometime ago..only to sell for 2 BILLION DOLLARS
